Professional plans can then be drawn up, and after your agreement, are submitted to planning and building controls for approval. We will keep you fully informed of the progress of your application, and any structural engineer's requirements.
Once approval is granted, we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss the construction and payment timescale, and schedule a start date at your convenience. We will also have frequent site meetings with you throughout your loft conversion to ensure the smooth running of the project.
As most people hate having builders in their home, during your conversion, the majority of work will be carried out through the roof access point, which protects your home and minimises disturbance to you.
Finally, we will arrange for building control to inspect and provide a completion certificate for your loft conversion.
